By accessing or using Earth Moment, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Use of Service

You may use Earth Moment to create satellite zoom videos from your geotagged photos and videos. You must provide accurate information and not misuse the service. You are responsible for all content you upload.

Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it.

Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Earth Moment a limited license to process, store, and render your content as necessary to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Payments and Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through third-party providers. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use Earth Moment to upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or overload the service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Limitation of Liability

Earth Moment is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or content.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Earth Moment after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
